How to get started.
STEP 1 - Complete your Criminal Record Check (CRC) for Vulnerable Sector
All Coaches are required to have a valid CRC for the Vulnerable Sector. CRC's are only valid for 2 years. If your CRC has expired you will need to update prior to taking part in any on field programming with FC Regina

STEP 2 - Complete your Respect in Sport (RiS) Training for Activity Leaders
Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders is a required training program for all registered coaches and team personnel of provincial sport governing bodies in Saskatchewan. RiS for Activity Leaders is a tool designed to assist leaders to identify and respond to abuse, neglect, harassment, and bullying. The RiS curriculum consists of seven modules and takes approximately three hours to complete. It can be completed in one or multiple sittings. There is no examination component and it is FREE for all Coaches in FC Regina courtesy of
Sask Sport.
STEP 3 - Register online with FC Regina
All Coaches and Team Personnel must be registered with FC Regina. When registering please be sure to have the following information with you.
* Digital Copy of your CRC
* Respect in Sport #
* NCCP # (If you have not completed an NCCP course or can't find your #, go to
www.coach.ca to set-up an account or access your NCCP Transcript.
STEP 4 - Complete your Canada Soccer age specific Coach Education Training
Once you have completed your registration, you will be contacted about any additional age / level specific training that may still be required. Once that has been confirmed you will be able to work with FC Regina's technical staff to build a Coach Development plan for you to complete any outstanding requirements as outlined in the Saskatchewan Soccer Minimum Coaching Standards.
