AUSTIN
LANGE
ADULT REP.

As an Adult Representative for FC Regina, I am passionate about growing the game and ensuring a positive experience for all adult players in our community. With years of experience as a player, coach, and team manager, I understand the importance of advocacy, organization, and communication in making our leagues successful.

My involvement in soccer has spanned multiple roles, both on and off the field. I have worked closely with players, coaches, and FC Regina members to support fair play, resolve concerns, and foster a competitive yet inclusive environment.

TOM
BAMFORD
YOUTH REP.

I have been involved with FC Regina for about 10 years as a parent. I have 2 boys who have played their entire youth soccer lives with FCR. As a family we chose to join and stay at FCR because of the ric playing experience and development it provides. Outside of family and soccer, I am a small business owner in Regina and have been running my own Insurance Agency for 12 years.

In 2019, I wanted to give back to the Club. The Club has provided opportunity for my kids to experience game play in a safe respectful environment and has given them understanding in the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. While on the board as a Youth Rep, my key responsibilities were to help bring forward any idea’s parents had for Club growth and development as it related specifically to youth programming.

A key achievement for me while representing youth member families is the development of key metrics that allow the Club to set and monitor program and financial metrics. This allows the Executive Director the ability to run the day-to-day operations and see clearly if the activities of the Club are meeting the desired outcomes. Most of the work on development is now nearing completion, with a goal of incorporating these objectives into 2025 operations.

MALLORY
OUTERBIDGE
MEMBER-AT-LARGE

I have been on the FCR Board of Directors since January 2018. I was the Adult Representative from 2018-2022, and I have been the Member at Large from 2022 to Present.

I’ve played soccer in Regina since I was 10 years old. I started in youth with Queen City United, then as I got older moved to ACFC. I spent time playing for the Junior National team, Senior National team training squad as well I went to Western Kentucky University for 4 years. As a young adult I played over seas in the Bundesliga with FFC Frankfurt. Once I retired from my professional career I came home and continued playing soccer with FCR. As an adult I’ve played in FCR’s women’s league, coed league, and participated in WCP Cup for multiple years.

From a business perspective and my day to day, I work in sales and marketing. These are two skills that I think bring value to the board and organization. Combine those with my extensive playing career I hope to create a better foundation for the generations to come within the FCR organization.
