Are you passionate about improving our club's facilities and infrastructure? We're looking for dynamic individuals to join our Facilities Development Steering Committee!
ROLE AND SCOPE:
As a member of this committee, you'll play a crucial role in identifying gaps in our current facility inventory and presenting findings to the Board of Directors. Additionally, you'll help explore potential capital projects to address these gaps, presenting options for consideration.
COMMITTEE MANDATE:
Develop, consult, and finalize plans for future facility projects
Report findings and progress updates to the Board of Directors
Ensure all final drafts are approved by the Board before communication to members/public
COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The Terms of Reference will remain in effect until project completion or suspension, at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
